How does the account credit work?

If you bought a refundable ticket through your client account and need to cancel your trip, you can choose to get 100% of the value of the ticket on your client account. The credited amount will then automatically be applied to your next purchase through your client account.

I have a credit on my client account, how can I use it?

You must purchase the new ticket through the client account that holds the deposit. Simply log into your client account and your credit will automatically be applied to your purchase. You can also use it by calling our Client Service at 1 888 999-3977.

What is the Bon Point program?

The Bon Point program is our reward program. The more you travel, the higher your meter! Every FLEX ticket bought online and through your customer account earns you 100 points Bon Point. Accumulate 1000 points Bon Point and get 1 FREE one way ticket to the destination of your choice! To check your point balance, simply log into your client account.
